The Psy-Ops will Continue.

The following passage is an excerpt from the text titled Psychological Operations in Guerrilla Warfare. It was a 1984 CIA training manual prepared for the Nicaraguan Contras. In part it stated the following:
“We could neutralize carefully selected and planned-for targets, such as court judges, cattle judges (jueces de mestal, police of state security officers, CDS chiefs, etc. for purposes of the psychological effect, it is necessary to take extreme precautions, and it is essential to gather the affected population together to attend, take part in the act, and formulate accusations against the oppressor.”
The line about “neutralize carefully selected and planned-for targets…” is notorious because “neutralize” was widely interpreted as a euphemism for assassination, though officials at the time disputed that interpretation. The manual caused controversy when it became public and was tied to debates over U.S. covert operations in Nicaragua.
The hype leading up the the White House Correspondents Dinner (WHCD) was bigger than usual this time, and that’s because the whole thing was coordinated to have eyes on the event. This would be the first time that Trump would be attending as President. Therefore, the stage was set for this to be another psychological operation. It was projected to happen and the white-hats knew it, so they let it go off. But why? Why would they let something like this occur?
A mass media protest/walk-out was also set to occur during and before Donald Trump spoke, but after dinner was served. Oops. Better luck next time.
Before I show video of the night and proof of the operation, lets get one thing clear. Some of us can see this because we have been educated to see it, while others still cannot see it, yet the coordinated frequency of these is making it next to impossible to avoid or deny. After all, how many times can something occur before it’s mathematically impossible?

Note the tactical gear of the men who jumped on stage. Note how their uniforms are different from the rest? These are the psy-op operators.
Not only note the random guy on stage filming everything and not even flinching, but note the psy-operators with helmets, randomly waving their guns toward the crowd.
Four BOOMS?
Psychological operations can not only be positive, but negative as well. They involve the planned use of communication, information, and other means to influence the emotions, motives, reasoning, attitudes, and behavior of target audiences (governments, organizations, groups, individuals, enemies, allies, or neutrals) i.e., black hats, white hats, gray hats, or unknowing onlookers.
The core reason psychological operations (psy-ops) exist, is to advance the sponsor’s (e.g., a nation’s or military’s) objectives without (or in support of) kinetic force, by shaping perceptions and behaviors favorably.
Here is a comprehensive list from military doctrine, historical use, and strategic analysis as to the reasons why psychological operations exist and what they intend to do:
Induce or reinforce favorable behaviors: The fundamental U.S. and general purpose is to create or strengthen actions and attitudes that support the sponsor’s political, military, or national objectives.
Demoralize enemy forces: Lower morale, combat efficiency, and will to fight among opposing troops, encouraging surrender, desertion, or reduced effectiveness.
Degrade adversary capabilities: Encourage popular discontent with enemy leadership, disrupt command and control, protract decision-making, and undermine the ability to sustain operations through persuasion combined with threats.
Promote surrender or cessation of resistance: Directly urge enemies to stop fighting, turn in weapons, or provide information.
Gain support and cooperation: Build alliances or favorable attitudes among friendly, neutral, or civilian populations to support operations or policy goals.
Enhance legitimacy and image: Bolster the perception of a friendly or legitimate government while undermining hostile regimes.
Influence foreign decision-making: Shape emotions, motives, and reasoning of governments, organizations, or groups to align with the sponsor’s interests, including in peacetime diplomacy.
Support overall military campaigns: Integrate with kinetic operations to multiply effectiveness, advise on psychological impacts, and operate across tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
Build partner capacity and influence: Train or assist allies, conduct civil authority information support, and develop long-term relationships with leaders and civilians.
Counter threats non-kinetically: In counter-terrorism, insurgency, or hybrid warfare, reduce enemy recruitment, expose falsehoods, or promote resistance within hostile populations.
Create confusion, division, or exhaustion: Sow discord, erode trust in institutions/enemies, or overwhelm targets with conflicting information to weaken cohesion or resolve.
Resource efficiency and evidentiary gaps: Achieve effects where direct action is limited by resources, jurisdiction, evidence thresholds, or legal constraints (e.g., in law enforcement or intelligence contexts).
Precede, accompany, or follow force: Prepare the battlefield psychologically, maintain momentum after victories, or consolidate gains in occupied areas.
Strategic information campaigns: In peacetime, promote national interests, counter propaganda from adversaries, or influence global opinion through media, leaflets, social media, etc.
PSYOPS can be overt (white propaganda with identifiable sources), gray (neutral), or covert (black), and they emphasize credible messaging where possible, though deception plays a role in some operations. They are used by many nations and entities beyond the military, including in politics, business influence, and modern information warfare.
Effectiveness depends on understanding target audiences, cultural context, and timely, believable delivery. While powerful, they are one tool among many (diplomatic, informational, military, economic) and must align with broader strategy.
Was this WHCD psy-op for all of these reasons above? Most assuredly. In fact, the WHCD is the largest event of a gathering of the fake news media and something that has never occurred before with them all in one place. This highlights that they are both the enemy, yet controlled, and even they can be manipulated.
How about for a new ballroom? Sure.
Highlight the fake media? Sure.
Increase security and highlight gaps? Sure.
Expose those who want Trump dead? Absolutely.
Expose the ever-present political rhetoric among those in the education/teacher profession? Always.
Gather comms (tech surveillance) of those who were there or possibly knew about this in advance or wanted it to happen, and use it against them? Yes.
Keep the military operational? Yes.
Prove to the people, with repetition, that they are watching a show and that the military is in control? Sure.
Focus on domestic terrorism and sleeper cells in the U.S.? Yes.
Focus on dark-site locations that train sleeper cells and shut them down? Yes.
Place blame on endless organizations for a lack of awareness? Yes.
Attempt to have people unite? Yes. (Although this is hard unless you arrest politicians who have engaged in crimes against children, as this may be the only thing that unites).
Further the “Charlie Kirk is dead,” and the “oh poor Ericka” narrative? Maybe (although this isn’t working).
The military is in control and there are many enemies in America, even within the military itself. Advancing this country can only be done through coordinated intervention, as long as our rights are not removed any more than they already have been.
Frankly put, I think the angle of “Gather comms (tech surveillance) of those who were there or possibly knew about this in advance or wanted it to happen, and use it against them” is the most viable explanation for why these “events” continue to happen, and they won’t end anytime soon.
The psy-ops will continue until moral improves. Buckle up.

I'm sure there's some aces and eights (18 or chai) to discover in the event, too, but I rarely dig into much less pay attention to any of these "shocking" events the MATRIX vomits out anymore as I learned a long time ago they are routinely scripted and staged.

Yawn, another psy op. We anons have psy op ennui. It should be looked at as a measure of Q's success in getting their message across to us. The shooter's name, Cole Tomas Allen, decoded as mentioned above by Prolotario as 'lone cell' is a good decode, but I would like to mention my own decode that I saw immediately when I read his name: Cole Tomas Allen...initials CtA, similar to CIA without making it too obvious. Cole sounds like coal, meaning dark. Last name is Allen, as in Allen Dulles, one of the first CIA directors. So it's a dark C_A op. The shooter is from a town called Torrance, similar in sound to torrent(s), an out of control flow of water.
