Biodigital Convergence & DoD Directive 3000.09.
The biodigital-targeting and remote-killing of humans.
In continuing to highlight the research of Sabrina Wallace, I once again will state that this is the largest and most pervasive problem that we have to date, yet hardly anyone in the “alternative media” is discussing this, nor looking into it deeper. I share Sabrina Wallace’s frustration with that point, as even the so-called “tips of the spear” alternative media outlets aren’t looking into the digitized and invisible/visible enemy of bio-digital warfare, nanotechnology, the wireless body area network (WBAN), the blockchain that connects all of it; and the DoD directives that give government the ability to kill us with the flip of a switch.
This is not a new enemy. In fact, it’s not only very real, but it’s out in the open for all to see if they can connect the dots and read the research papers associated with this scheme, while also understanding the frightening reality that endless people believe that a ‘biological and digital convergence’ of man and machine is a good thing. For example, in a 2015 research article titled; CORONA: A Coordinate and Routing system for Nanonetworks, their abstract stated the following:
The present paper introduces a joint coordinate and routing system (CORONA) which can be deployed dynamically on a 2D ad-hoc nanonetwork. User-selected nodes are used as anchor-points at the setup phase. All nodes then measure their distances, in number of hops, from these anchors, obtaining a sense of geolocation. At operation phase, the routing employs the appropriate subset of anchors, selected by the sender of a packet. CORONA requires minimal setup overhead and simple integer-based calculations only, imposing limited requirements for trustworthy operation. Once deployed, it operates efficiently, yielding a very low packet retransmission and packet loss rate, promoting energy-efficiency and medium multiplexing.
The hidden point here, is that humans are electric beings and contain nanotechnology and biodigital sensors under our skin and within our cells as a result. Those injected with vaccines and other metal-oriented biological weapons are far more susceptible, yet this technology can be used to make anyone ill, while they can also be individually targeted with a level of ease that has been around for decades.
In 2021, author and researcher James Corbett issued a massive warning and stated the following within his article titled; Biodigital Convergence: Bombshell Document Reveals the True Agenda;
They are working toward the elimination of homo sapiens. The mRNA injections are just the thinnest edge of the wedge that will eventually involve the wholesale transformation of humanity into something else entirely. And at precisely the point that we allow the precedent to be set that governments can mandate the forced injection of unknown biomedical technologies in the name of a declared health “crisis,” Orwell’s nightmare of a boot stamping on the human face forever is transformed from a dark warning about a possible future to a virtual certainty. You have been warned. I suggest you warn others. But let me make a bold prediction of my own: Many will choose to dismiss this information using the very type of self-deception that I described at the end of last week’s article.
In a 2020 article titled Exploring Biodigital Convergence, (of which James Corbett was referring to), the Canadian government in coordination with the group Policy Horizons, stated their advocacy for this ‘Biodigital Convergence;’
In the coming years, biodigital technologies could be woven into our lives in the way that digital technologies are now. Biological and digital systems are converging, and could change the way we work, live, and even evolve as a species. More than a technological change, this biodigital convergence may transform the way we understand ourselves and cause us to redefine what we consider human or natural.
Biodigital convergence may profoundly impact our economy, our ecosystems, and our society. Being prepared to support it, while managing its risks with care and sensitivity, will shape the way we navigate social and ethical considerations, as well as guide policy and governance conversations.
Guided by its mandate, Policy Horizons Canada (Policy Horizons) intends to start an informed and meaningful dialogue about plausible futures for biodigital convergence and the policy questions that may arise. In this initial paper, we define and explore biodigital convergence – why it is important to explore now, its characteristics, what new capabilities could arise from it, and some initial policy implications. We want to engage with a broad spectrum of partners and stakeholders on what our biodigital future might look like, how this convergence might affect sectors and industries, and how our relationships with technology, nature, and even life itself could evolve.In the late 1970s and early 1980s, Canadians and policy makers began to understand that the digital age was upon us. Early movers seized opportunities, grappled with challenges, and initiated deft policies that have provided benefits for decades. We continue to see the powerful effects of digitization, and more are surely to come. But we may be on the cusp of another disruption of similar magnitude. Digital technologies and biological systems are beginning to combine and merge in ways that could be profoundly disruptive to our assumptions about society, the economy, and our bodies. We call this the biodigital convergence.
While I have outlined the definition and complexity of the wireless body area network (WBAN) and it’s ubiquitous nature in worldwide society in past articles here on my Substack page, (from recreational living, to the media, to digital tools, to the medical field, to surveillance; as has Sabrina Wallace over the years with her in-depth videos), I want to show how there is a DoD Directive that allows for the sanctioned wireless remote-controlled killing of individuals and groups at the hands of government.
While DoD Directive 5240.01 has been widely discussed in recent weeks, there is a far more insidious and invisibly applied DoD Directive, which is DoD Directive 3000.09 (Autonomy in Weapons Systems).
“Autonomous Weapon Systems” are defined within the directive in the following way:
A weapon system that, once activated, can select and engage targets without further intervention by an operator. This includes, but is not limited to, operator-supervised autonomous weapon systems that are designed to allow operators to override operation of the weapon system, but can select and engage targets without further operator input after activation.
They also define “semi-autonomous weapon systems” in the following way:
A weapon system that, once activated, is intended to only engage individual targets or specific target groups that have been selected by an operator. This includes: Weapon systems that employ autonomy for engagement-related functions including, but not limited to, acquiring, tracking, and identifying potential targets; cuing potential targets to operators; prioritizing selected targets; timing of when to fire; or providing terminal guidance to home in on selected targets, provided that operator control is retained over the decision to select individual targets and specific target groups for engagement. “Fire and forget” or lock-on-after-launch homing munitions that rely on TTPs to maximize the probability that the only targets within the seeker’s acquisition basket when the seeker activates are those individual targets or specific target groups that have been selected by an operator.
Put into effect in January of 2023, the purpose of this directive states the following:
Establishes policy and assigns responsibilities for developing and using autonomous and semi-autonomous functions in weapon systems, including armed platforms that are remotely operated or operated by onboard personnel.
Establishes guidelines designed to minimize the probability and consequences of failures in autonomous and semi-autonomous weapon systems that could lead to unintended engagements.
Establishes the Autonomous Weapon Systems Working Group.
This DoD Directive 3000.09 is a blatant admission that DEW’s (direct energy weapons) are in play, but not just a laser you can see, but also the use of any invisible wireless signal that can be sent to technology devices to make one sick or dead in it’s general proximity. It also brings into mind the use of 5G towers, regardless of size and location, in describing how they can be remotely turned on and turned up in an effort to have their desired impact on a group of people in a surrounding area or a specified location. They also set to make these systems operational without failure, while assigning a group of people to such projects and directives to make sure that they work as intended on their desired target(s).
They also state within their DoD Directive 3000.09 their process of “Applicability”; that they don’t need bullets or tanks to carry out warfare. All they need are human beings to man autonomous or semi-autonomous remote-controlled technologies to target individuals or groups of individuals. They state on Page 3;
SECTION 1: GENERAL ISSUANCE INFORMATION
1.1. APPLICABILITY.
a. This directive applies to:
(1) OSD, the Military Departments, the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) and the Joint Staff, the Combatant Commands, the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Defense, the Defense Agencies, the DoD Field Activities, and all other organizational entities within the DoD.
(2) The design, development, acquisition, testing, fielding, and employment of autonomous and semi-autonomous weapon systems, including guided munitions that are capable of automated target selection.
(3) The application of lethal or non-lethal, kinetic or non-kinetic, force by autonomous or semi-autonomous weapon systems.
b. This directive does not apply to:
(1) Autonomous or semi-autonomous cyberspace capabilities.
(2) Unarmed platforms, whether remotely operated or operated by onboard personnel, and whether autonomous or semi-autonomous.
(3) Unguided munitions.
(4) Munitions manually guided by the operator (e.g., laser- or wire-guided munitions).
(5) Mines.
(6) Unexploded explosive ordnance.
(7) Autonomous or semi-autonomous systems that are not weapon systems.
This directive also states that they’re relying on artificial intelligence to carry out certain measures and that those AI systems are to be monitored for effectiveness and accuracy.
As you can see in the chart above, with all of the biodigital sensors that exist, from the very cells in our human bodies—to the wearable sensors that people intentionally place on themselves as a current convenience or technological luxury, these are the very tools that are being used to hurt us and they’re not new, nor is this a new plan to use them in this way. This nefarious plan has been in place for decades. It’s also directly designed to be used against the American people and the citizens of the world, as you can see from the referenced list in the bottom-lefthand corner of the chart below. These directives on targeting US citizens date back to at least 2007 under the Bush administration and the following Obama administration.
There is also this conference, which will be taking place after the election. The 2024 Homeland Security Critical Infrastructure Conference, in Atlanta Georgia. Interesting timing. Interesting location. With a large-scale cyber-security exercise taking place on November 5th? Election Day?
There is also nothing keeping these weapons from being used against electric infrastructure on the ground. This week, Roswell, New Mexico was hit with torrential rain, hail and flooding. This hasn’t happened since the early 1900’s. Is this geo-engineering and cloud seeding? Most certainly. Such damage can also be accomplished on the ground by electrically targeting the sewage and drainage systems, dams, and other electrically operated mechanisms. You don’t just have to seed clouds. You can digitally and wirelessly manipulate the electric ground-level infrastructure to assist in maximizing damage. According to Cicily Hellekson, who lives close to Roswell, New Mexico, Roswell averages 10 inches of rain per year. This past Saturday night, they received 5.7 inches of rain in six hours. Accidental? No chance.
In summary, such paperwork, research, societal observation and government directives are an admission that autonomous weapons systems, using the wireless body area network (WBAN) with the help of biodigital convergence, is a scripted plan and it’s been ongoing for decades; not to make life easier as they might lead people to believe, but instead to make it easier for government to track, surveil, make sick, make dead, destroy infrastructure, and ultimately control human beings.
At this point, the best thing we can do is to eliminate the very technological tools that are highlighted as being the facilitators of such Biodigital convergence and the tools that play a role in our ‘killbox’ with the wireless body area network. The next thing we can do (as even Sabrina Wallace suggests), is to talk about this subject more and educate the people around us of what this is and what this means for the health and lives of all citizens. We also need to understand that just because someone is associated with an “alternative media” platform, even they are limited in what they research and look into. They may use scare tactics to gain attention, but the truth is far deeper than even they will go sometimes. This is problematic, because the truth is only a few more steps deeper than what they might be willing to travel or ultimately discuss.
The fact remains; these technologies, this research, the conferences and associations that facilitate them, and the people involved, along with these governmental directives, are all very real. While a layperson may say “Well, if real, then this is only intended to be used on a foreign adversary in order to save us from having to put boots on the ground…” (and they may be right), the fact is, getting that same person to comprehend that our own government is actively killing our fellow citizens, within our own country, is another matter altogether. You would think that the last four years would have proven that to them with the ubiquitous pressure and application of a bio-nanotechnological weapon in the form of multiple injections; but then again, perhaps not.
While such technology could in fact be used against evil people, in the end it only comes down to what kind of person created the tool, why they created it, who gives the orders, and what kind of person is behind the trigger. I think we know the answer.
