Post-Election Teacher Meltdowns.
The trap of social media, brainwashing, and the fragility of the mind.
I read the book titled CyberTraps for Educators by Frederick S. Lane, many years ago. Written by a lawyer, the book details one incident after another of educators losing their jobs for both being responsible and irresponsible on social media. You would think that such a book, or Frederick S. Lane’s latest version titled CyberTraps for Educators 2.0, would be considered mandatory reading for those training to be teachers or for those already in the profession. As it turns out, many teachers and administrators don’t read books, let alone ones that may help them keep their jobs or improve themselves with their own professions.
Case in point, the post-election 2024 meltdowns on social media and within classrooms from so-called “educators” themselves.
While there have been far too many meltdowns to include in this article, I want to hone-in on one in particular. This involves the case of Talawanda High School English teacher Danielle Mann, in Oxford, Ohio (which just so happens to be in the town where I live 😉).
I’ll let her words speak for themselves.
Video 1: Spring, Summer or early Fall of 2023 (maybe).
In the Facebook post above, Danielle Mann is clearly making the implication that everyone should be “vaccinated” with the “COVID vaccine,” and that sneaking it into peoples drinks is how to get them “vaccinated.” She’s also allegedly stated that she wished that the non-vaccinated would die. Gee. How nice.

Once the videos were uploaded to the internet, commented on, and shared by concerned citizens, the next day the Talawanda School District in Oxford, Ohio put out the following statement:
News Release
COMMUNICATIONS & PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT OFFICE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - November 8, 2024
THS Teacher Placed on Administrative Leave Pending Investigation
Talawanda School District placed a high school teacher on paid administrative leave this morning pending an investigation into social media videos/ posts that allegedly were filmed on school property (potentially on the district's network and device).
The district has received many reports and concerns regarding this issue.
The Superintendent's office, Human Resources, and the THS Administration are taking parent and community concerns very seriously in regard to this matter.
The district will not be able to comment further during the investigation process.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while the school district navigates this process as outlined in the state and district's procedures and policies.
Then, Danielle Mann, Talawanda City Schools High School English teacher in Oxford, Ohio found herself on the evening news. Video Embedded: 👇🏻
A Talawanda High School teacher was placed on administrative leave Friday pending an investigation into social media videos and posts allegedly filmed on school property, the district announced.
This potentially happened on the district’s network and device, the district’s statement says.
“The district has received many reports and concerns regarding this issue. The Superintendent’s office, Human Resources and the (high school) administration are taking parent and community concerns very seriously in regard to this matter. The district will not be able to comment further during the investigation process.”
Parents say they have seen the teacher’s social media posts, and these are not the first concerning comments that have been made. “The first one, which appeared the teacher was in her classroom, it was extremely hateful,” parent Mike Sekach described. ”It was basically saying we needed to identify any man that voted blue in the 2024 election because men who identify and wear blue bracelets are safe. Anybody who did not vote blue, they’re unsafe.”
In another video from the teacher, Sekach says it appears it was not taken from inside the classroom, but still contained a “hateful” message.
“She is encouraging them to get IUDs implanted in their bodies - children,” Sekach said of the video. ”And then she’s telling these same children not to trust men, do not go to male physicians. It’s extremely sexist. It’s hateful and it should go against the school’s code of conduct.”
Fellow parent Ivan Carter says the teacher is known to punish students who do not share her political viewpoints. “It’s well known by the students, by her, by everyone that if you even slightly lean right, don’t let her know because she will punish you for it, whether it’s grades or what have you,” Carter said.
Both Sekach and Carter say they have concerns that if the teacher remains employed, it is not a matter of if a conversation like what was allegedly said will come up again, but when.
Soon after, the videos made their way to X, Gab, and other online platforms and were shared by Libs of TikTok.
The comments within are just what you would expect when replying to this level of unprofessionalism.
Having been a whistleblower-educator myself once (who was never on social media when I taught because I knew it was unprofessional and could cost me my job), I can tell you that the most egregious part of Ms. Mann’s comments are not only the suggestions to have your child implanted with an IUD (Intra-uterine device), but the implications that students who support Donald Trump are violent, rapists, or that students should protect themselves from such people, or even that they would become violent toward others. Then, she makes the suggestion that students who supported Kamala Harris should identify themselves with blue bracelets. This, too, is not an original thought, but a left-wing hive-mind brainwashing trend on social media.
What these so-called “educators” fail to understand, is that they’ve been lied to and mislead by government and entertainment their entire lifetimes, about everything. Every subject taught in school, specifically those regarding history, government and science, possess curriculums that are filled with lies—from beginning to end.
When everyone is thinking alike, someone’s not thinking. The hive-mind mentality is so contagious within the Operation Mockingbird media (of which tell-a-vision and social media are clearly a part of) that those who follow such messaging would most likely jump off of a cliff if told to do so by others. Case in point, the contagious effect of the post-election meltdowns by the left-wing, and the suspensions and firings that have occurred in the aftermath.
Don’t say brainwashing isn’t real. It most certainly is, and government is responsible for it. The document Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars proves it. So does Operation MK-Ultra.
The very nature of a school or university environment itself, is divisive by design. But, when a high school like Talawanda High School in Oxford, Ohio has a “mock election” days before the actual 2024 Presidential Election, and approximately 62.5 percent of students support Donald Trump and J.D. Vance, the above reactions are exactly what you can expect.

In concluding the case of Danielle Mann, her violent rhetoric is a direct violation of her contract, her codes of conduct for educators, and her Ohio state teaching certificate. This is conduct unbecoming an educator and inciting violence, among other potential violations. Upon the conclusion of this investigation, such an investigation is required by law to go to the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, and she should be investigated for violations in relation to her teaching license. These penalties can range from fines, to the suspension of her license, to full revocation. After all, educators lose their jobs and teaching licenses for doing far less.
Those documents and rules pertaining to the State of Ohio can be found here:
Based on Ohio law, the Ohio State Board of Education states the following when making a formal report regarding educator or administrative misconduct:
Anyone can make a referral about potential educator misconduct. Schools and districts are required to make certain reports to the State Board under Ohio law. Reports can also come from local children services agencies, law enforcement, local prosecutors, students/families, or community members. If you think an educator may have engaged in conduct unbecoming to the teaching profession, please select one of the following forms to make a report:
School and District Reporting Form
Discretionary Broken Contract School and District Reporting Form

The hypocrisy of the so-called “leadership” within these environments is also astounding and continues to amaze. School administrators always claim to be “proactive,” yet they are the most reactive environments that exist, while setting the table for division and violence with their own practices, policies and actions. There is nothing “preventative” about these environments called “schools.”
The following was sent to me recently, via text message, from an educator friend in another state, regarding the divisive rhetoric of other educators and students regarding those they disagree with politically:
Warning to educators: I have seen and learned over the years: Do not answer any students who question you in class about the election or the candidates running. It's likely a trap. Your answers are being recorded. Sadly, school administrators are using students to find and target conservatives. I never saw this behavior before 2016. Like you, I teach my subject and go home. Be aware too, we have a lot of division between the students. Yesterday, as the Pledge of allegiance was starting during homeroom, a student tried to interrupt me for something. I quietly told her "I will help you after the pledge." This prompted another student to say, (about me) "She stands and says the pledge every day, you KNOW she voted for Trump." | ignored the remark and went about class. This makes me glad I refused to answer these types of questions. When a student asks me who I voted for, I say we are not allowed to talk about it. If they persist I say teachers get fired for talking about these things, and we are not allowed to influence you in any way.
The above example is a professional way of handling such a confrontation. Sadly, the unprofessional actions of teachers are indicative of the unprofessional actions of the administrators that they work for, and the environments in which they work. Birds of a feather flock together.
You would think that those who continue to work within American schools would learn these valuable lessons, but they won’t. Unprofessional behavior in this so-called “education profession” will most assuredly persist.

My son at community college was told along with all the other males students in the classroom by his psychology teacher that they should apologize today to all the female students in the classroom as he know in his mind that sooner or later they will rape one of them! It very sad that this people are allowed to do so and will go unpunished!
Oh dear lord. What has happened to America? "Post here, wear a blue bracelet, so we can identify the 'safe men?'" "There are lots and lots of people who are in grave danger." Please, Jesus, save us from this madness.
